Which countries are served and what are the shipping costs?
We currently deliver to United Kingdom. Shipping is free for all orders. 

How long does it take to process and deliver orders?

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@louisclair.co.uk. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.

What is the return policy?
You can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date if you change your mind. To start the return process, please contact us at info@louisclair.co.uk. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery. See more details in our Return and Refund Policy.
